On Friday, November 21, there were 24 cadets who graduated from the Police Academy Program with several hundred attendees, which included police administrators, deputies, and officers from Box Elder, Cache, and Weber counties. We enjoyed the guest speaker, Sidney Groll, Director of Law Enforcement for the Department of Natural Resources, and presentation by the graduates. Eight instructors were recognized for going above and beyond in their teaching capacity.

It was a great graduation for these outstanding students and we are most excited about their placement with agencies already! Most of the students have landed jobs, while others are completing the final background investigations to secure their employment. Congratulations graduates!
