The culinary arts industry is full of flavor and excitement. You’ll discover everything from basic cuts and techniques to planning and carrying out menus from around the world. Highly skilled and trained instructors share real world experience and provide an avenue for creativity, practical application, and dynamic learning to fully immerse yourself in the culinary world. Learn to work as a team and apply your knowledge and skills with hands-on, individualized instruction. Culinary arts is varied by culture and season: regional and international cuisine, casual, upscale, cafe/bistro style, pastries, cakes and deserts, test cooking, and more.
