Sunshine Home Health is accepting applications for a full time or part time RN Case Manager.
This position provides quality nursing services to individuals in their homes and develops and implements patient care plans. Acts as a liaison between the home health agency, patient, and their families. This position is an important member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
