A busy medical practice in Provo, UT specializing in pain care, is seeking a part-time RN to join their team. Primary duties include assisting physicians with patient treatment in a procedural setting, starting IV’s, completing patient assessments, monitoring vitals, as well as phone-triage support. Schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00 a.m. to closing, and in the near Fridays 8:00 a.m. to closing. Looking for someone who can be flexible to cover additional days as needed (vacations, etc). This part-time position has the potential to turn in to full-time hours in the next couple of months. RN Certification is required. Applicants should be experienced and comfortable in a post-op setting and in monitoring patients in an acute care setting. Excellent communication and telephone skills are required. Must be detail oriented, hard-working, eager to learn, and willing to perform additional duties as assigned.
