Spanish Fork homebuilder is a seeking full-time Project Manager/Estimator. Project Manager duties include budgeting, quantity takeoffs, estimating, job accounting, specification writing, and buyout of construction projects. Estimator duties include writing specifications, and collecting bids to create estimates for residential custom homes and light commercial projects. Estimates will be based on project specific bids from subs and suppliers as well as historic unit costs. Must build and maintain cost resource files. This full-time position includes paid holidays and PTO, with health, life, dental and vision insurance available. Must have an overall perspective of the construction project, having working experience and knowledge in related disciplines such as design, engineering, Knowledge of Excel, Word, and internet research tools required. Experience in quantity takeoffs required. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Buildtools, Autodesk Design Review, Adobe Acrobat and internet research tools required. Must have leadership, organization and communication skills for work between team members. Hands-on building experience is preferred. Must pass post-offer, pre-employment background check.
