Tooele surgery center is seeking a Certified Scrub Technician to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, caring service pertinent to individual needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. This individual demonstrates strict aseptic technique to provide the safest, most optimum care to each patient and assure quality care of patient in the Operating Room. Job Requirements: Candidate must be trained as an operating room technician, preferably with previous experience (please do not apply if no medical/operating room training). Must be able to stand and/or walk at least five hours per day, lift and/or carry over 25 pounds on a regular basis, and push/pull over 50 pounds on a regular basis. Patient care activities may also require the ability to exert force over 50 pounds. Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check and drug test.
