We are looking for a CNA who has a passion for enriching the lives of our community members. Mission at Bear River Valley Rehabilitation is a 38 bed, Eden Alternative registered, CMS 5 Star rated, LTC/Skilled Rehab home seeking caring, energetic, and compassionate CNA's. Our focus is to provide superior care and inspire hope to those that reside here, through culture change in long term care. If you are interested in a resident centered environment where friendships are treasured and life has meaning, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements: - Current Utah CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work 8 hour shifts
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and coordinate the cares of several patients
- Exceptional time management skills
- Passion for enriching the lives of the Elders who reside here
