Requirements: Required Skills:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 1-2 years’ painting experience in industrial and/or automotive painting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; or perform recurring activities such as bending, crouching, stooping, stretching and reaching
• Basic math skills required
• Detail-oriented
Physical Demands:
This position requires sitting, standing, lifting, walking for extended periods of time, use of hands, and frequent reaching and lifting. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires team-lifting for materials in excess of 50 pounds. Requires the ability to see. This position requires close vision and color vision.
Working Hours and Conditions:
Normal 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, normal time off for holidays. Weekend work may be required. No long-distance travel is required but may be requested based upon company needs, traveling and transporting materials between facilities is required.
