Redi Services, LLC is seeking a self-motivated team player to fill the position of Lead Mechanic for our Odessa, Texas operations to work on both heavy and light duty equipment. Competitive compensation DOE (Hiring Range: $30-$40/hour) and benefits package offered. Sign-on bonus of $2,000 available with employment agreement of at least 6 months. Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Odessa, TX

Requirements: Preferred: Safeland Certification, Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement, and prior experience with Hydrovac trucks/pumps. Ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform all aspects of repair for light and heavy duty trucks, as well as attached equipment. Knowledge and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair body mounted equipment (i.e. hydraulics, electronics, all types of pumps, boilers, etc.). Extensive experience required. Must have your own tools; Tool allowance is offered with the position. Position requires you to work in the Oil and Gas fields as necessary.
