At Sole Solution, we work with Media Companies (Radio, TV, Newspaper) across the country to train and support their sales teams in their effort to sell digital marketing services to their local SMBs. As a Digital Marketing Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our in-house Digital Marketing Consultants to fulfill the digital products and services that have been sold. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, start-up, environment that will give you a sense of accomplishment as we grow the company together. Some of the services you will be helping build and set up: • Website & Mobile Site Development • Search Engine Optimization (Google & Bing Ranking) • Search Engine Marketing (PPC) • Display Advertising (Banner Advertising) • Social Media Marketing, Reputation Management and Analytics. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Project Managers to ensure that new customers have their accounts setup correctly and in a timely manner. • Resolve any technical issues that may come up with any accounts. • Setup and connect Google Analytics to the appropriate website and client dashboard. • Accurately enter client data so all online directories are updated with the correct information for each individual account. • Link client’s various social media accounts to their dashboard so they can successfully manage their social media campaigns. • Input the appropriate local competitors for each respective client. • Perform keyword research to find relevant keywords that will provide the highest value for each client. • Optimize the meta-title, keywords, and description for website accounts ensuring that SEO best practices are being used. • Maintain and help define an industry leading customer experience. • Drive improvements within the team and across departments to exceed customer expectations. • Arrive to work each day, appropriately attired, on time for scheduled shift and possessing a positive attitude toward the work at hand. • All other responsibilities as assigned. Position • Full Time in Woods Cross, UT office • Pay is based on experience $25,000 - $35,000/year • Benefits for Full-time employment o Health, Dental, Vision, Life and 401(k) benefits plus Paid Time Off o Possibility for advancement and great working environment Position Requirements: • 1-2 years of digital marketing support experience. • Ability to learn new operations and functions effectively, Ability to organize and prioritize responsibility. • Knowledge of the following a plus: o HTML, CSS, Website Platforms (Wordpress, Joomla, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) o Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google My Business o Facebook and other digital advertising strategies o Salesforce or similar CRM software o SEO and other digital marketing strategies.
