At Sole Solution, we work with Media Companies (Radio, TV, Newspaper) across the country to train and support their sales teams in their effort to sell digital marketing services to their local SMBs. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you'll work closely with our in-house Sales Team as well as the sales teams of our Media Partners to fulfill the digital products and services that they have sold to their clients. You will work directly with SMBs from all over the country to help them grow their business through various digital marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, start-up, environment that will give you a sense of accomplishment as we grow the company together. Some of the services you will be helping the customer’s with: • Search Engine Optimization (Google & Bing Ranking) • Search Engine Marketing (PPC) • Display Advertising (Banner Advertising) • Social Media Marketing, Reputation Management and Analytics. • Website & Mobile site development Responsibilities • Act as the single point of contact between the local business and the company. • Work with local business customer to gather needed information and requested files in a timely/efficient manner. • Effectively communicate to local businesses what is required to develop and launch their product/service. • Resolve all product related problems and concerns of the local business. • Train SMBs on the use and management of the Website, analytics, social media, and other platforms. • Provide ongoing customer support for each SMB related to your team. • Maintain and build stronger relationships with our local businesses to reduce churn & increase customer loyalty. • Analyze performance in relationship to goals and develop strategies to reach expected performance. • Collaborate with key personnel within Sales, Marketing and Product Development to increase revenue and improve the experience of existing and new accounts • Arrive to work each day, appropriately attired, on time for scheduled shift and possessing a positive attitude. Position • Full Time in Woods Cross, UT office • Pay is based on experience $30,000 - $35,000 • Benefits for Full-time employment o Health, Dental, Vision, Life and 401(k) benefits plus Paid Time Off o Possibility for advancement and great working environment Position Requirements • 1-2 years of customer support experience through phone and email • Basic sales techniques and problem solving • Ability to learn new operations and functions effectively, Ability to organize and prioritize responsibility • Knowledge of the following a plus: o Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google My Business o Facebook and other digital advertising strategies o Salesforce or similar CRM software o SEO and other digital marketing strategies. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
